We’re hiring an AVP of Philanthropy at Virtua Health!
Marlton, NJ | Hybrid (incumbent will have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week)

Our Philanthropy team is looking for a passionate and experienced philanthropy leader who’s eager to build something meaningful - growing a grateful engagement program that supports our tertiary care teams including heart, neurosciences, surgery, orthopedics, transplant and oncology.

Requirements

• Ability to interact effectively across all levels of Virtua Health, including executive leadership, staff, physicians, trustees, donors, patients and friends.
• Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible fundraising experience, including management of individuals, programs and day-to-day operations.
• Master’s Degree highly preferred.
• CFRE preferred.
